This includes 17 projects to accelerate the production of sustainable biofuels several of them including biorefinery technologies. One major project is an $80M award to construct and operate an Alcohol-to-Jet facility from woody biomass in the state of Georgia. On February 9 the Red Rocks Biofuels plant in Oregon was sold at auction.
